As a commercial real estate broker Laurent focuses on tenant representation for office and industrial users. Laurent has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically in office and industrial tenant representation.
Having started at a previous agency in Research, Marketing and Business Development and then later as a Senior Advisor at the largest tenant-focused agency globally for the majority of his career, Laurent continues to offer conflict-free advisory services to his clients. Laurent has represented the interests of multi-national corporations and local enterprises alike, overseeing each assignment from site selection and financial analysis to lease negotiations.
Detail oriented and persistent, Laurent prides himself in providing creative solutions for his clients and is involved in every stage of the leasing process.
