As the founder of the Cowper Corporate Realty Advisory CRA Inc. office, Bruce A. Cowper represents the interests of clients of the firm in a highly disciplined, detail oriented and professional manner.

Bruce provides best in class tenant representation services to clients who have local, national or international commercial real estate needs. As the ‘’single point of contact’’, Bruce provides services which include needs analysis, market surveys, site selection, new lease and lease renewal negotiations, comprehensive lease audits, financial analysis, facilitation of government grant tax credit program accreditation, dispositions, buyouts and strategic consulting.

Bruce has leased more than 8 million square feet on behalf of Montreal office and industrial tenants including several head office leases.
